The new address is:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;41-865 Boardwalk, Suite 101 in Palm Desert (corner of Cook Street and Hovley Lane East). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Suite is right in front of the suspended rock decoration. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It appears as though with the new phone system, some homeowners with Verizon land lines are not able to get through (the number just rings and rings). They are working diligently to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please be aware when you go to bed on Monday night, August 31st that the power will be off from 12:30 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. During this time you will only be able to access and exit the property via the front entry and exit gate as the back entry and exit gates will not have power. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will be receiving notices by mail and door hangers in the near future regarding this event. Please note that while it is expected the work will be completed by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning September 1, 2009 it may take slightly longer depending on if any difficulties are incurred in installing the new box. You should be receiving notices regarding any outage in your unit but the Association has been informed that in some cases owners are not receving notices.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please note these outages have been mainly in the morning hours and usually last approxiametetly 2 hours. This is going to allow the guardhouse to be closed between the late night early morning hours (approx 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)thereby eliminating the Graveyard gatekeeper shift.  During those hours there will be enterphone kiosk wherby homeowners can gain access or access for their guests. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the near future prior to the implementation of the system you will be receiving infomation on the new gate system and specifics on how it will work.
