Power Outage-September 1, 2009

Southern California Edison will be replacing the large electrical box as you enter the property on early Tuesday morning September 1st, 2009. Please be aware when you go to bed on Monday night, August 31st that the power will be off from 12:30 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. During this time you will only be able to access and exit the property via the front entry and exit gate as the back entry and exit gates will not have power.

You will be receiving notices by mail and door hangers in the near future regarding this event. Please note that while it is expected the work will be completed by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning September 1, 2009 it may take slightly longer depending on if any difficulties are incurred in installing the new box. These upgrades are all part of the project previously mentioned.

Woodhaven Planned Power Outages

There have been several planned power outages throughout Woodhaven in order to upgrade the exisiting infrastructure and to make other necessary repairs. You should be receiving notices regarding any outage in your unit but the Association has been informed that in some cases owners are not receving notices.

Please note these outages have been mainly in the morning hours and usually last approxiametetly 2 hours. Please be on the lookout for any Power Outage Notifications from Southern California Edison as it appears as though this will be continuing.

Water Pressure Regulators

We have received a lot of calls regarding Water Pressure Regulators during the last week. Please note this is under the individual homeowners responsibility and it is each homeowners responsibilty to have them checked and replaced if necessary.
