Security Patrol for Easter Weekend Update

There will be a roving patrol at Woodhaven on Friday, April 10th, Saturday, April 11th, and Easter Sunday, April 12th between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. If you have any Security related issues that need to be addressed (Parking, Pools, Pets, etc.) please contact Security during those hours listed.

Soap put in Spa # 3

Someone has put some type of soap or detergent in Spa # 3. Any substances put in the pools and spas will greatly affect the chemical balances. The Pool Company is treating it as quickly and effectively as possible. Please report any individuals that are causing any damage or vandalism at the pools to Manangement or Security.

Roving Patrol Eliminated

The Roving Patrol has been eliminated as it was determined to be ineffective for crime patrol and unnecessary for Rules enforcement. There may be a patrol from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m this Saturday and Sunday for the Easter Holiday if it can be arranged. In the future Patrols will continue on holiday weekends as they had been prior to the permanent Wednesday through Sunday patrols.

Please check back tomorrow to see if a patrol has been arranged and what hours it will be in effect for this weekend.

Fertlization/Mowing of Lawns

There is a new longer term fertilizer that was applied to the lawns. This fertilizer takes longer to dissolve so there will be no mowing of the lawns this week. The lawns will be mowed as scheduled next week.
