Recent Break In

It was discovered this morning that 2 homes adjacent to each other on the South side were broken into. Neither home was occupied at the time and it did not appear as though any large items were taken. The Police indicated to me many times the thieves in situations like these are drug addicts who rummage quickly for something of value and if they cannot find anything they leave.

All hoemowners are reminded if they see any suspcious activity, please contact the Police. Also if you see any broken windows or screens off windows at a unit please contact the Management office.

Pool Paper Products Stolen

Last week pool paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) were taken from several pools.

If you have any information on this or see anyone taking these supplies from the pool bathrooms, please call Security (760-345-4012) or the Managmeent office (760-346-9000)

Annual Meeting Results

The Annual Meeting for Woodhaven was held on Saturday, February 21, 2009. The four Directors elected were Ken Durham, Byron Kinsman, Jay Rodriguez, and Conrad Tuerk.
