MONDAY TRASH SERVICE-EAST AND SOUTH

Trash service will be on Monday even for those on South and East where the slurry is being done. Burrtec will start those areas at 7:00 a.m. so make sure your trash is out early.

ASPHALT SLURRY SEAL

The Asphalt Slurry Seal will take place Monday, April 28th through Wednesday, April 30th, 2008. You will be receiving a notice in the mail regarding the scheduling and when your portion of the street will be done. Each day in the section to be done there will be no access to the street from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The schedule is as follows:

Monday, April 28th, 2008- Portion of Woodahven Drive East south of the main gate
All of South except units at interesection of West & South

Tuesday, April 29th, 2008- Area from back gate to intersection of South and West
All of Woodhaven Drive West
589-621 North and 566-630 North
(NOTE: There will be no access to the back gate)

Wed, April 30th, 2008- The remainder of Woodahven Drive North
Portion if Woodhaven Drive East north of the main gate

SPA # 4

SPa # 4 will be down tonight (April 10th) to have the light changed and to be sanded. It will be up and running again by tomorrow.

Pool Gas Line Replacement

The Pool Gas Lines on Pools 1, 3, & 4 are being replaced as they were too small for the heaters. As Pool # 1 is already down for there decking project, there will be no down time on the other pools as the old lines will not be shut off until the new lines are ready to go.

New Security Post Commander

We have a new Post Commander for Security who started yesterday. His name is Bill Frazier and he is a former Police officer orginally from Long Beach.

Pool # 1 Decking

The decking on Pool # 1 (North-East Pool) is currently being replaced. The project will take approxiametely 2 weeks. Please use the other Pools while this work is in progress.
