COYOTE SIGHTING

There was a coyote sighting at Pool # 3 this morning.

Everyone needs to continue to be aware that they have a presence here. Make sure that all pets are on leashes when outside and small children should not be left outside without supervision.

Back Gate

The transponders (remotes) have been registered at the back gate. If your remote is not working or you did not register it, please contact the Management office.

Spa # 4 (North West Spa)

The heater on Spa # 4 has a problem with the heater exchange. It is under warranty but it will take about a week and a half longer to get the part. The Spa should be operational again by about January 23, 2008. Until then you will need to use one of the other three spas. Thank you for your patience while the spa is repaired.
