Many vehicles in the complex are running stops and speeding. This is very dangerous. Please obey all stop signs and the 20 m.p.h. speed limit.

2008 Budget

The 2008 Budget and Reserve Study update have been mailed to all homeowners. The dues for 2008 are $421.00. Of the $45 increase, $35 is going towards the Reserve funding. If you do not receive the Budget packet which includes the 2008 Security Form and Transmitter Registration or your 2008 coupon book, please call the Managment office at 760 346-9000.

Roof Leaks

With all the rain last weekend and apparently more coming this weekend please make sure to check your home for roof leaks. If you discover a leak, please call management at 760 346-9000. If you are not in residence you may want to have someone check your home for evidence of leaks.

Spa Emergency Shut Off Switches

IMPORTANT:

The emergency shut off switches for the spas are being switched to the off positions at some of the pools (most recently Pool # 2). Please note that the spa will shut off automatically and does not need to be manually shut off. If you turn off the emergency switch the jets and heaters will shut down. Please use the switches for emergency only.
